I am thrilled with your composting service! We hardly have trash anymore, with our weekly pick-up and a fresh, clean container, plus the recycling that we're able to do with the city. We feel as though this is one small thing we can do for our Mother Earth. Also, it's always a pleasure to go into the store. Jana is welcoming and the products are terrific! If I sound happy, I AM! Met the owner a few years ago at 2nd Sundays or a Farmers Market and loved her concept then—was delighted to see that she has a storefront now!! Refilled bottles of shampoo and conditioner (I chose the cedar + sage), selected a natural deodorant, and picked 3 different flavors of toothpaste pellets to try (what a fun concept!) I tried the shampoo and conditioner this week and loved them. The scent is wonderful, and my hair and scalp were happy afterward. Looking forward to using the composting service as well, in the future. (You pay a fee, and they come to your house once a week for pickup. They deliver high quality soil back to you a few times a year.)
A true zero waste store! Plastic free items, compostable goods, and refills for home/personal products. I have slowly replaced most of the plastic based items through this shop, although it's easy to get carried away during your first visit lol.
I stopped by Fill Happy yesterday to check it out, and am so glad I was able to stop by. The person working the front desk/cashier was so sweet and helpful! I purchased some body wash (smells amazing) and was delighted that my total spent wasn’t too expensive at all. I’ll be back for sure!
