I took my 57 Chevy (Bad Bettty) to get it dyno tuned.it was three years ago and my transmission had a melt down(no fault of them) and I just now was able to get the car back to them. even with the time passing they still honored there agreement to finish the street tune. Mike and Mom are great people. It is hard now a days to find people who stand by there word and Bad company is a first class shop. Thanks for all your help.

I mean it was absolutely any excuse instead of tuning my LS truck. That I already paid him for.
I heard it all. When I got tired of it.. Then I heard: "I don't have time for you" (after asking for a refund for work they didn't get to) "you're being obnoxious".. "your truck is a terrible build" "We don't give any sort of refund" and "I'm not a towing service"

Terrible company. I myself do not have a vehicle there. But I have a friend that does. Over 20k paid over a year now for a rebuild. They have not even started. No communication on their part whatsoever. The only way he gets any kind of communication is to just show up at the shop, where the give him countless excuses. The most recent excuse last year was they were moving shops and would start in October… it’s January and the excuse is still “looking for a new shop still”. Mind you over 20k has been paid for over a year now but no work has started. Communication goes a long way. But to have customers just sitting in limbo and making excuse after excuse is wild.

I had my truck tuned by another tuner and after many many attempts I decided to go with another tuner. I brought my truck to Bad Company and instantly felt this was gonna be it. My truck had a lot of odd driveability issues. Mike and his team never gave up on it or me and got this thing RIGHT. I'm truly grateful for the efforts that went into getting my truck right. The friendships I have made there is a added bonus for sure! I will never take anything anywhere else after my experience. Not to mention the free hot dogs on hang out nights 😂😂.
