I took my 57 Chevy (Bad Bettty) to get it dyno tuned.it was three years ago and my transmission had a melt down(no fault of them) and I just now was able to get the car back to them. even with the time passing they still honored there agreement to finish the street tune. Mike and Mom are great people. It is hard now a days to find people who stand by there word and Bad company is a first class shop. Thanks for all your help.

I have brought my 2011GS Corvette coupe to Bad Company, Inc a couple of times while fine tuning a dyno tune when new headers and pipes were installed late in 2024. All it takes to arrange is a phone call...NO additional charges or fees. They stand by their work and their finished work is very good.
From owner, Diane Smith, to Mike Wilson her lead tech/mechanic their wealth of knowledge and sincere desire to please the customer (me) are fabulous. Jackie Perry runs things behind the counter and is a pleasure to work with.
Just good old fashioned customer service and expert automotive work resulting in great results. How can it get any better. I will continue to bring my cars there for future performance upgrades....you should too.

Beware - they are giving you fair warning with the type of company this is by their name. They definitely named the business correctly. Their website misrepresents their capabilities and specialties of what they are truly able to do. We took our resto-mod car there and after a couple of months we were told to pick it up and that they had done all they could do. During those couple of months we only received updates when we asked multiple times, they are lacking any communication between them and the client as well as between the staff. We received several contradicting statements. When the work was originally scheduled we reiterated multiple times that the car could not be left outside as it was not dried in and had never seen the rain/elements, they indicated that the car would only be outside when they were not working on it. Well their lack of respect for others became apparent when we realized the car was left outside the entire time they had it. When we picked up the car it had so much damage including multiple gouges through the clearcoat/paint/primer/metal, damage to the clearcoat, multiple pieces of trim on the car are dented/scratched/damaged, and severe moisture damage to several areas. We are guessing they do not rely on repeat clients and just try to get the most amount of money from you with no liability. They believe that most will not go through the trouble and money to take them to court for the damages (still debating this one). I am sure they will come up with "excuses" for any and everything however they have no respect for others' property, money, or time. At the end of the day the level of disrespect that we received shows their true intentions and low level of integrity of their business ethics.
Emailed our concerns of all of the damage and yet to get a response - but they can respond to a review. We were never informed of any "leak" (and was told verbally after the fact that the office was never informed therefore we were not informed) and there is no leak currently. Whatever they need to tell themselves to sleep at night, we know the truth and we know the damages. We did receive one or two pictures while the car was at the shop and the damage was not in those pictures but they were noted and documented when we picked up the car. Not worth my time on any responses. Your business is what it is.

Have been here a few times for dyno work. Great group with tons of passion for unique projects! Very family feel and top notch work! Definitely give Mom a call and see if they can help your ride be more awesome!

I had my truck tuned by another tuner and after many many attempts I decided to go with another tuner. I brought my truck to Bad Company and instantly felt this was gonna be it. My truck had a lot of odd driveability issues. Mike and his team never gave up on it or me and got this thing RIGHT. I'm truly grateful for the efforts that went into getting my truck right. The friendships I have made there is a added bonus for sure! I will never take anything anywhere else after my experience. Not to mention the free hot dogs on hang out nights 😂😂.
