I have never met such a wonderful team of people. Everyone at Williamsburg Orthodontics is fantastic. Emma and Marci at the front desk are always full of smiles and are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and all of the technicians are simply incredible. To top all of that, I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Matt. He is so professional and good at what he does, but he is also relaxed and sincere, and he instills total confidence in his abilities. I'm almost sorry that my procedure has come to a happy ending, because now I won't see them on a regular basis.

This practice is ALL the things - flexible, optimistic, friendly.... I have a child with special needs and after going to 3 different orthodontists who didn't want to treat him (assuming he would have sensory issues, lack of carry over and behavioral challenges all because of his diagnosis), we finally found Williamsburg Orthodontics who took the opposite approach and presumed successful treatment!
Dr. Matt and Dr. Patti leaned into small adjustments to make my son comfortable and always met him where he was at. They were encouraging, upbeat and even took an interest in his life outside of the office. I can't say enough good things about this practice - my other son and I have both become patients of theirs too now!!

I have never felt more cared for than I have as an adult patient of Williamsburg Orthodontics. They paid attention to the details of my case and of me as a person. From pronouncing my name correctly to small details that made the outcome of my smile perfect, the entire team sets the standard for care. The friendly and comfortable environment makes this office a gem, a priceless institution in our community. And special thanks to Dr. Matt for the amazing coordination between dentists and surgeons to make sure my ortho journey never left me feeling vulnerable or ashamed of my smile even as he worked towards perfection.
