This is no longer 360 air tech after an apparent merger. A different company is using the great reviews left for the fantastic owner of 360 to attract business. 1 star review left because this is very deceptive and the personal level of attention was gone. The new company is just like any other and the tech that visited wasn’t local. This isn’t necessarily to say the new company is bad, but they are riding the coattails of a different company and the elevated level of service and attention that was previously provided no longer seems to exist.
Volod and his team arrived as promised on a Saturday morning at 8 am. By 3 pm, they had replaced my 1990s "Frankenstein" furnace and A/C with a modern, efficient American Standard dual fuel system. It is awesome! The guys were polite and professional and left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend them.
I've used these folks in two houses now and will continue using them for all my HVAC needs. I can't express my gratitude enough for the quick turn around for both the units I had to have replaced in both houses. Volodymyr is a true expert in his craft and gives helpful advice as he goes. They are responsive and quick but accurate in their service. Thanks again for the great work!!
Our AC has been serviced for the last 3 years by 360 Air Tech and we love the services. Unfortunately, my husband has been at work for most of the visits we’ve had from Volodymyr but he is the ONLY tech that has truly been honest with us. Even if it’s not been what we wanted to hear! But his services have always been top notch and never left us dissatisfied. We attempted to use one company before and they tried to talk us into a 10k system five minutes into the visit, before they even took a look at our unit. Since then we’ve been loyal to 360 air tech and cannot entrust our system to anyone else.
Woke up to a furnace which stopped heating the house on a cold January day and they were very responsive. Had me up and running in no time! Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them for all of my future HVAC services.
