Had lunch here. Food was very good generous portions. The Italian hogie is good. Should have asked for lightly toasted. Over all tasty. The Alfredo has some surprises in it, but was delicious. Calamari tasted fresh and the garlic knots were tasty. Price is very reasonable for family. They are definitely not gouging.
Great Atmosphere and clean dining area. Waite staff very courteous and helpful. The “Italian” came out on first bite of the pizza. The salad was fresh and crispy. Sorry it is $800 miles away… but would put it on my “ stop” agenda.
Greeted and seated right away Food was delicious and filling, the only bad thing is where we were seated. According to the fire code emergency exits cannot be blocked. The table we were at sat 4 people but Due to it being at the fire exit it should be for only 2 people because the people by the door block the exit. Will definitely be back though.
This Italian restaurant is quite spacious with a medieval-inspired decorative touch. It looks very clean, organized, and roomy. The service was both quick and attentive. Despite the wide variety of pizzas and other dishes on the menu, the pizzas we chose—“Traditional” ,”Steak Special”, —had a normal, unremarkable flavor. Nothing special. However, I would highly recommend the pizza called 'Aloha Special'—it had a unique and delicious flavor that sets it apart from other places I've had pizza. This is an ideal place for a family outing or to visit with a group. It also offers free parking outside and you don’t need a reservation to get in.
My family and I went to Antonio's when we read that you could get the Calamari and Chicken Parmesan made GF. I ordered both, and it was so nice to eat something other than a salad. The waitress confirmed they had a dedicated fryer and a GF mix to cook the Calamari. I was so excited when it arrived at the table that I forgot to take a picture! They were all rings, one of which had a wooden "gluten free" flag, and served with 2 sizeable lemon wedges along with a side of sauce. It was tender and tasty. I did remember to take a picture of the chicken parmesan, and it also arrived with a wooden "gluten free" flag. It was served with GF pasta. The portions are huge, and I could only eat half. My husband ordered the Chicken Francese with Capellini Pasta, and my son ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. My son finished his dish very quickly. They both enjoyed their meals. For dessert, my son ordered the chocolate mousse cake. He would have finished it completely if he wasn't full from the Fettuccine Alfredo. The best part was the GF chocolate cake. It is flourless and made with dark chocolate. It was creamy, decadent, and delicious. I was having an internal conflict because my tongue wanted more and my stomach was saying, "I can't take anymore. Wait until later." My stomach won, and I took the leftovers to enjoy for later. This restaurant is an excellent gluten free option with more than just GF pizza and pasta. I will definitely be back when we visit the area.
