Last fall I had the misfortune of hitting two deer in two weeks, effectively totaling my ‘92 Park Avenue. I pieced it back together as best I could and got a couple quotes to paint the front end and blend the rest back. I was in the process of deciding between existing quotes when, at the recommendation of a friend I went by Collision Correction before I finalized anything. From the beginning I was treated with courtesy and respect. Justin listened to what I wanted to accomplish, made suggestions, and prompted conversations towards what approach to take. Their initial quote was the highest of all my estimates, but price was not my concern as I know sometimes you really do get what you pay for. The customer service and the fact a collision/body shop can maintain a 4.9/5 star rating really speaks for itself in this field of automotive repair. Communication was good, and there were several revisions to the original quote that had to be made in order to get the desired end result. In the end, we opted to repaint the entire car and perform extensive minor body work on the full perimeter of the car. A ‘restoration’ if you will. From the body shop, to paint, to buffing, to final assembly these guys came through. They respected the attachment I had to the vehicle and in several areas went above and beyond the scope of the work originally outlined. The car looks as close to new as one can really expect a 33 year old Buick to look. It’s gotten a surprising amount of attention and ‘thumbs up’ since reassembly. I have future projects planned, and will be communicating those with Collision Correction soon. Thank you everyone.
I had a dent in my car door which needed to be repaired and I found collision correction because they had such good reviews. These guys were awesome, they kept in touch with me letting me know each step that they were taking to repair my car. They ordered the parts and they arrived damage so they reordered everything and when they arrived and were checked out then they called me to bring my car in so they didn't have to have it for so long. My car looks like nothing ever happened and I'm so thrilled. Thank you so much guys. You deserve more than five stars.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Darryl and the team at Collision Correction were incredible. I had the most stressful morning of my life and they provided exceptional service and help, honestly making my day a little better. Darryl especially went over everything with me, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to help me with my car issues. He even reattached a piece of my car for me that I thought was unfixable. I cannot recommend this place more for anyone.
This is the second time I've gotten great service from Collision Correction. I sold a car, and before it could be transferred there was a light impact to the rear bumper. So I needed it fixed right away - and they didn't disappoint. I dropped it in the morning, fixed by afternoon. Reasonable price, and great service, you can't go wrong.
