È eccezionale! FRANCESCO'S IS AMAZING! When we pulled up, I was thrown off a bit because it says pizzeria on the sign. I dislike pizza & was looking for more of an upscale dining experience. I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!! The location felt like being in Nonna's kitchen. So much care and attention went into the preparation of the food & service. I started with the mussels & they were so good that we ordered a 2nd. We had the chicken marsala, sogno cremosa, pasta cabanaro & 1 other dish I cannot recall. There is picture of the dessert tray, but we ordered the carrot cake & a lemon raspberry cake not seen (they also dont show the cannolis on the tray). They both were great....BUT THAT LEMON RASPBERRY CAKE WAS DEVINE!
We're from Pennsylvania, about an hour between Philly and New York, and were in Williamsburg for work when we stumbled upon this incredible Sicilian restaurant. I can honestly say I’ve never had such amazing food in my life. Everything — from the fresh, handmade pasta to the perfectly paired wine and out-of-this-world desserts — was A++++. The flavors were authentic, vibrant, and unforgettable. The service was equally impressive — warm, attentive, and truly top-notch. Every detail was perfect, and it made the whole experience feel special. If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and go. I highly, highly recommend it! I promise you won't regret it!
It's absolutely amazing. The servers make you feel like family. The food taste like mom (or dad) made it. The atmosphere just brings it all together. 10/10 would recommend. I just hope I can find another reason to visit Virginia just so I can come back here!
Truly an awesome experience. Family owned and you could tell! Everyone there was putting out a great experience. Food was exceptional and so glad it was recommended to us! The bruschetta was incredible! Took me back to my childhood and my buddy's Italian mother's cooking! Definitely must eat here! Enes (I believe that's right if not I'm sorry!) was exceptional. I thought he was an owner with the care and attention he gave us. Truly someone who loves his job and made us feel special. Also the woman host and co-server was so positive and friendly. We LOVED our experience here!
Wow. A real hidden gem! Was expecting a strip mall Italian restaurant but was amazed at the interior tastefully decorated and a menu that had a selection of real Italian dishes. Our waiter, Enes, was THE BEST. Absolutely excellent customer service we have had in a very long time. The dish proportions were spot on and the wine added to our experience. Paying a little more for excellent food was well worth it!
