We hired LBL Softwash to clean 215 linear feet of gutters, including guard removal and downspout flushing. We were charged $1,075 for the service, which was quoted to take approximately 5 hours. The team arrived without notifying us, spent only 1 hour and 20 minutes on site, and failed to meet several commitments listed in the service agreement: No debris was bagged or properly disposed of. Instead, it was blown across the yard and patio. Dozens of sharp screws from the removed gutter guards were left all over the property, presenting a safety risk to our young children. The used guards were thrown into the garbage bin instead of the recycling, making it difficult for us to access our trash. The team did not check the underground downspout drainage as discussed and appeared unfamiliar with the system despite guidance. No photos were provided as promised, and visible sections of the gutters still contain black sludge. We reached out via email and text within 24 hours and followed up again, but we have received no response after a week. Based on the lack of communication, poor quality of work, and disregard for safety and professionalism, I do not recommend this company. While older reviews may have been favorable, our experience under their current ownership was extremely disappointing. This review will be updated if the company makes any attempt to address or resolve the situation. -- UPDATE -- They contacted me about 1 hour after this review was posted and sent a new crew out a few days later who completed the job. The job took the second crew about 3 hours, which was more in line with our expectations and the initial quote.
Absolutely amazing service! This is my 3rd time using LBL. Our house looks brand new after the soft wash. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything before starting. No damage to the plants or paint—just sparkling clean results. Highly recommend to anyone looking to boost their home’s curb appeal!"
Love the lights but not the price. Especially when I was offered a cheaper price to come back next year. I must say the crew was professional and I do love the lights. Not the price!
Did what they said they would do, but flooded my kitchen and got so much bleach in my locks I couldn't open my door without putting WD-40 in them first. Said it was my responsibility to make sure my doors were leak tight even though I warned them the French doors were drafty. Make sure you are home when they do their service. No compensation for these issues on the bill. Won't use them again.
Matthew Miller completed our roof cleaning. He was very professional and happy to be here doing the job. I highly recommend LBL because they're a pleasure to work with and stand by there work.
