Owens has been wonderful. Great staff. Great technicians. We had been using them just for our heat pump but this summer we were (finally) able to cancel our yearly maintenance contract with a different company that covered our oil furnace and older a/c unit. Instead of being pushed back months to have our oil furnace seen for its annual check (a problem with the other company), Owens was able to add it to our already scheduled Fall check for our heat pump. AND when the older a/c happened to die a week before that scheduled check-up, they were able to squeeze that in as well AND have it working when they left. We really appreciate their flexibility and talents. Thanks for all you do!
Helped tremendously! Called at 330 on a Friday to say my unit was blowing heat and my house was 90 degrees. They told me that I could get an appointment on Monday or I could get an emergency visit and gave me the price. I set the appointment for Monday. About 10 minutes later I received a call that a tech was on their way. They came out figured out the problem fix it ordered a part for the heat system and got my ac working the same day. Thank you Jesse and the lady’s in the office!
We had a new A/C unit along with a new Furnace, and a new scrubber installed. The complete system is wonderful. The technicians were very careful and worked two days doing everything. We highly recommend Owens Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.
Absolutely outstanding!! Chris was smart, courteous, and honest. He explained what he was going to do beforehand, did exactly that, and reported his findings in a very understandable way. When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how low it was relative to other heating and air companies I’ve used in the past. I had seen other positive reviews on Owen’s heating and air online which caused me to try them this time. I am now sold on them and will enter into a maintenance agreement with them as well.
The guys worked so hard to get the new system installed and running . They were from 8:30 am to 7pm and said we are not going to leave until it is up and running. Great job 😁
