Fantastic experience with this company. We hired them to install a tankless water heater. The estimate process was informative and transparent, and the quoted price was fair. Scheduling was easy and they had good availability. The installation process was great. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and took their time to do the job to perfection, as their name suggests. They even took the time to correct some existing work with the lines that were "not quite right" in our older 1970's built home. This is a well-run local company with a high quality team. We will absolutely work with them again, and highly recommend them to others.
Our technician was Scott, and he is one of the best plumbers we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with - he gave us a great analysis of why our Rinnai heater was not circulating continuous hot water and a great consult regarding whole-house filters. He was also able to quickly install a new sink flange above our garbage disposal as an add-on task. Highly professional and knowledgeable! Reasonable prices. Would repeat, would highly recommend! We will be scheduling them in for additional work in the near future.
My experience with Plumb Perfection was exceptional—timely, professional, and thorough. I reached out after discovering a leaking water heater and left a message with their office. The central office responded promptly, and clearly explained everything that needed to happen, including what services they could and could not provide, and the hourly fee (very reasonable). The team that came to our office arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of our workspace, even closing doors when using power tools. I would definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.
UPDATE: Plumber arrived to install two faucets I purchased to replace two bad faucets. Took about an hour and half to complete the job. He was pleasant and left everything clean and working. No complaints with Plumb Perfection. Plumber arrived on time. Faucet could not be repaired because it is a no name brand. Discussed what to buy and how much the installation of a new (actually two) bathroom faucets would cost. Will need to reschedule after we pick out new faucets. We have used Plumb Perfection three times now and have been pleased with their service and reasonable cost.

Price for an emergency evening visit was acceptable Moreover this firm has enough administrative support you can actually reach them quickly and schedule the job. I find the trouble with a lot of good independent plumbers lies in their lack of administrative support. The plumbers here have the support they need.
