A few years ago I won a gift coupon for a C cuff bracelet at the Blue Talon Bistro Turkey Trot. I got a silver one for my mom and she loved it. I just went back and purchased a gold one for my fiancé because I was so impressed. They are very friendly & helpful. I dislike large jewelry chain stores, so I anticipate I will be returning in the future for some other types of jewelry.

I worked with KC on a custom piece that combined the diamond from my engagement ring with my sons' birthstones. KC was great to work with, communicative, and so friendly. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and was ready before I thought it would be, even during the holidays! I also had them replace the shank on an antique family ring from the 1800s. I cannot believe how they blended the intricate engraved details with an entirely new shank. My partner has purchased items from here before as well and it was always a good experience. We will never shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Micheal and his team at Williamsburg Jewelers totally did me a solid!!! Purchased several items through the years from them, But I have an old favorite watch that was in need of repair. Michael said it may not be worth the repair. Well, Michael repaired my watch at an incredible price and my favorite watch is back up and working Great!! Thanks to Casey for her help also. Great pricing. However i was concerned there was no trade-in policy or insurance policy for the diamonds. There was difficulty for the associate showing me the 4 Cs. Customer service was very polite, but I was nervous to purchase overhearing another customer explain her diamond fell out of her necklace…I was assured this doesn’t usually happen. I purchased 2 pairs of diamond studs. There weren’t many options for different cuts or settings. Overall my earrings are really nice and I hope they last with no future issues.

Stopped in for a watch battery replacement. Tina greeted us and changed the battery while we waited. She was friendly, professional and did it in record time. Highly recommend this business. Ask for Tina...she knows what she is doing!
